All of our roles are full-time and 100% remote, cutting out the daily commute, and providing top-rated talent with the best job opportunities, all from the comfort of their home.\nIn your day-to-day, you will:\nTake client requirements and Statements of Work (SOWs) and turn them into practical AI and software solutions.\n\nAnalyse business problems and independently determine the best technical approach to solve them.\n\nBuild working prototypes and foundational solutions that can later be productionised by the client's senior technology partner.\n\nDevelop AI-powered workflows that automate repetitive business processes.\n\nIntegrate different software, platforms, databases and APIs so they can work together seamlessly.\n\nBuild and work across the front-end, back-end, databases and dashboards as required by each project.\n\nWork with AI tools and LLMs such as ChatGPT and Claude to develop and improve solutions.\n\nUse automation platforms and technologies such as Zapier, n8n, MCP and browser automation where appropriate.\n\nWork with existing business software, including systems that may have limited or no APIs, and find practical ways to connect or automate them.\n\nResearch new technologies and approaches when a project requires something outside your existing toolkit.\n\nTest solutions, troubleshoot issues and continuously improve functionality.\n\nDocument workflows, technical decisions, changes and processes clearly for handover.\n\nBuild solutions with reusability in mind, so successful workflows can potentially be adapted, repackaged or white-labelled for other clients in the same industry.\n\nCollaborate with Elliot and the wider consulting team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\n\nWork closely with the client's senior technology partner when solutions are ready for productionisation.\n\nBe highly responsive and communicate clearly throughout projects, particularly when requirements or priorities change.\n\nTake ownership of projects from initial problem-solving through to a working prototype and handover.\n\nSkills you have:\nAt least 5 years of experience in full-stack software engineering, preferably strong exposure to building AI-powered applications, automations or workflows.\n\nStrong understanding of LLMs and practical experience using tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.\n\nExperience building AI automation solutions for businesses or professional services companies.\n\nExperience integrating software systems through APIs and other integration methods.\n\nExperience with databases and back-end development.\n\nExperience with front-end development and building functional dashboards or interfaces.\n\nExperience with automation tools such as Zapier, n8n or similar platforms.\n\nExperience with AI agents, AI skills, MCP servers or advanced AI workflows.\n\nExperience using browser automation to connect or automate systems.\n\nComfortable working with MCP, browser automation or similar technologies.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently research and find solutions.\n\nAble to take a business requirement and determine what needs to be built without requiring step-by-step technical instructions.\n\nComfortable working with different technologies and adapting to different client systems rather than being restricted to one tech stack.\n\nStrong attention to detail, testing and documentation.\n\nExcellent written and spoken English, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and communicate clearly with US-based stakeholders.\n\nStrong sense of ownership, integrity and accountability.\n\nAble to work independently while still collaborating effectively with the wider team.\n\nComfortable working on multiple types of projects and adapting as client requirements evolve.\n\nHighly responsive, reliable and proactive in a fast-moving startup environment.\n\nSkills that will make you stand out:\nExperience in an AI consultancy, software agency or early-stage startup environment.\n\nExperience taking prototypes through to production or working alongside a production engineering team.\n\nExperience working with legacy software or systems with limited API access.\n\nStrong interest in growing into a senior technical or technical leadership role over time.\n\nImportant note:\nAs part of the hiring process, you will be asked to complete a practical technical test based on a real-world project scenario.
