If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.\nAbout the Role\n*Open to hiring remote across the US - we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, and Seattle\nWe’re looking for a Senior/Staff HR Business Partner to work directly with Runway’s leaders and teams on how they grow, organize and perform. You’ll advise managers and executives on people decisions, lead org design and talent programs, unblock teams so they can move faster and turn what you see across the business into HR priorities.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPartner with leaders on org design, headcount planning, team structure and leveling\n\nCoach managers and executives on performance, feedback, career development and difficult conversations\n\nOwn complex employee relations cases from intake through resolution, including investigations, in partnership with Legal where needed\n\nWork with Compensation and Talent Acquisition on offers, promotions and market adjustments\n\nUse headcount, attrition, engagement and performance data to spot risks early and recommend action\n\nDesign and roll out programs that fit how Runway’s teams work, from manager training to engagement initiatives\n\nStep in wherever the team needs it\n\nWhat You’ll Need\n7+ years of experience in HR, including at least four as an HR Business Partner supporting fast growing teams\n\nExperience at a high-growth company, ideally through periods of rapid headcount growth\n\nA record of advising senior leaders and earning their trust\n\nStrong employee relations experience, with sound judgment and discretion\n\nWorking knowledge of employment law, compensation practices and performance management frameworks\n\nClear written and verbal communication\n\nComfort operating independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment\n\nA high ownership mindset and a team-first attitude\n\nRunway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team.
