If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.\nAbout the role\nWe're looking for a passionate Product Designer to join our team and help shape the tools of the future. You should be a motivated self-starter with experience partnering with engineering teams and shipping real products. In this role, you'll work closely with product, engineering, and research to have a meaningful impact on Runway's design direction and future.\nWhat you’ll do\nLead design projects, including new features and improvements to our mobile and web platforms\n\nProduce, iterate, and prototype concepts for creative workflows\n\nCollaborate closely with the engineering and product teams to suggest product and process improvements\n\nContribute to maintaining visual and user experience consistency across our products\n\nWhat you’ll need\nExperience designing flows, prototypes and high-fidelity UI's for web products and strong visual design skills\n\nUnderstanding of modern web technologies, web interactions, and usability standards\n\nExperience delivering and iterating fast in close collaboration with engineering, product, and data teams\n\nAbility and flexibility to iterate fast and often\n\nComfortable picking up unfamiliar parts of the product rather than waiting to be assigned only what you already know\n\nKnowledge and understanding of the creative tool space\n\nBonus points if you have experience with creating functional prototypes using AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)\n\nAt Runway, it’s always a bonus if you have artistic and creative potential (particularly skills with video/audio editing, icon/typography design, Illustration, etc.)\n\nRunway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team.
