Our engineers work together to deliver an outstanding customer experience by coding, troubleshooting issues, listening, learning, and cheering each other on. You will be working as part of a team focused on building and supporting a state-of-the-art exposure management platform.\nResponsibilities \nDevelop and maintain high-quality, performant web applications using Go, Vue.js, and other technologies\nBuild features and solve problems that frequently span front-end and back-end concerns\nCollaborate closely with product management, design, frontend, and backend engineers to understand customer needs and translate them into product features\nParticipate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members\nConduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the performance and quality of both front-end and back-end code\nContribute to the continuous improvement of our products, technology, and practices with a pride of ownership\nStay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end, back-end, and architectural development\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills\nRequirements\nYou are proficient at writing advanced Go and working with large Go codebases\nExperience with other parts of our stack (PostgreSQL, Linux, Vue.js) is strongly preferred, but deep experience with related technologies and a desire to learn can work for the right candidate\nExperience designing and implementing RESTful APIs, writing and tuning SQL queries, and working with relational databases\nExperience designing and optimizing data structures / schemas and indexes in relational databases\nThorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer and other web services used in modern software systems\nProficiency with standard development tools and paradigms (Git, GitHub, CI/CD, etc.)\nProactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills\nKnowledge of approaches for testing, debugging, profiling, and optimizing software applications\nSolid understanding of the HTTP protocol and the web browser security model\nExperience working within one of the major cloud provider environments (AWS preferred, GCP, Azure)\nFamiliarity with network design, security, and scanning can be helpful but is in no way required to be successful\n\nSalary \nrunZero values transparency in the hiring process.
