Обязанности:
  • Осуществлять правовое сопровождение договорной документации с иностранным элементом по вопросам международной купли-продажи товаров (закупки оборудования и сырья, сбыта готовой продукции, перевозки, фрахта);
  • Составлять проекты договорной документации с иностранным элементом;
  • Анализировать и корректировать договорную документацию, предоставленную на согласование;
  • Консультировать подразделения Компании по договорным документам.
Требования:
  • Релевантный опыт работы в крупной компании от 5 лет;
  • Знание Английского языка на уровне С1 и выше;
  • Навыки составления договоров на английском языке;
  • Глубокое знание Инкотермс;
  • Навыки работы с иностранными контрагентами;
  • Высшее юридическое образование.

  • Работа в крупной стабильной компании, лидере мировой алюминиевой отрасли;
  • Официальное трудоустройство согласно ТК РФ;
  • График работы 5/2, офисный формат;
