You'll build scalable, high-quality frontend experiences using modern technologies, contribute to our micro-frontend architecture, and help implement shared client-side capabilities that enable structured event collection, analytics, lifecycle engagement, and downstream data systems. \nThis position requires deep frontend expertise, strong architectural thinking, and a passion for building performant, scalable applications across web and mobile environments. \nWhat You'll Do:\nClient & Mobile Engineering \nDevelop frontend applications across web and mobile platforms using React, Angular, and TypeScript. \nContribute to and evolve a modular, scalable micro-frontend architecture. \nBuild reusable frontend components and shared client frameworks. \nOptimize performance and responsiveness across desktop and mobile devices, with particular focus on mobile reliability and user experience. \nEstablish best practices for SDK integrations, consent enforcement, observability, and client performance. \nEvent Instrumentation & Orchestration \nDesign and implement structured event instrumentation frameworks across web and mobile applications. \nIntegrate analytics and CDP SDKs with attention to performance, batching, offline handling, and reliability. \nDefine, version, and govern structured event schemas and taxonomy standards. \nArchitect scalable integration patterns between client applications, backend services, and downstream data platforms. \nEnsure event data is reliable, well-structured, and suitable for streaming, analytics, identity resolution, and activation use cases. \nSupport monitoring, debugging, and continuous improvement of client event pipelines. \nCross-Functional \nPartner closely with Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams to align instrumentation and architecture with business objectives. \nParticipate in architectural discussions that shape long-term platform modernization. \nBalance ongoing support needs with forward-looking architectural improvements. \nMentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and elevate frontend engineering standards. \nClearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. \nWhat You'll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience. \n8+ years of experience in software engineering with strong frontend expertise. \nDeep experience building and scaling modern web and mobile-first applications. \nStrong proficiency in React, Angular, and TypeScript. \nExperience with micro-frontend architecture and building scalable frontend applications. \nExperience implementing analytics or CDP SDKs within frontend or hybrid mobile applications is a plus. \nStrong understanding of event-driven architecture and structured event schema design. \nExperience integrating client event streams into CDPs and downstream analytics platforms. \nFamiliarity with relational databases (Postgres, Oracle) and analytical platforms (e.g., Snowflake). \nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and modern development tooling. \nStrong understanding of data integrity, governance, observability, and privacy best practices. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAble to travel occasionally both domestically and internationally#LI-REMOTE #LI-PROMOTE\nThis role spans a wide breadth of experience at Rush Street Interactive, welcoming candidates with diverse experiences, backgrounds, and locations.
