Обязанности:

  • Организовывать документооборот (контролировать своевременную обработку поступающей и отправляемой корреспонденции (прием, регистрация, учет, хранение и рассылка поступающей, исходящей и внутренней корреспонденции, оперативный поиск и выдача информации по документам)
  • Выполнять работу по подготовке заседаний и совещаний, проводимых руководителем (сбор необходимых материалов, оповещение участников о времени и месте проведения, повестке дня, их регистрация), вести и оформлять протоколы заседаний и совещаний
  • Исполнение прямых поручений Управляющего директора

Требования:

  • Образование: Высшее
  • Опыт на аналогичной должности от 2-х лет
  • Знание Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook 1С, Тесса
