Инвестиционный менеджер

Обязанности:

  • Анализ и сопровождение инвестиционных проектов;
  • Подготовка аналитических материалов и презентаций для менеджмента, акционеров и партнеров;
  • Анализ и оценка рынков редких и редкоземельных металлов, перспективных инвестиционных проектов;
  • Построение и актуализация финансово-экономических моделей;
  • Коммуникация с внутренними техническими специалистами, взаимодействие с контрагентами, консультантами и банками;
  • Анализ бизнес-планов и бюджетов активов Группы.
Требования:
  • Высшее экономическое или техническое образование
  • Логическое и аналитическое мышление
  • Опыт работы от 4-х лет
  • Уверенные навыки построения комплексных финансовых моделей "с нуля" и расчета показателей инвестиционной привлекательности и обслуживания заемных средств
  • Опыт работы в инвестиционных департаментах крупных промышленных компаний, вBig-4 в оценке стоимости бизнеса илиM&A , в инвестиционных фондах.
  • Опыт подготовки и сопровождения отчетов по оценке стоимости бизнеса
  • Понимание управленческой и финансовой отчетности (МСФО, РСБУ)
  • Уровень английского языка не ниже Intermediate.

  • График работы 5/2, с 09:00 до 18:00;
