While average earnings are up to $18.00 per hour, there is no cap on commissions, allowing high performers to increase their earnings beyond the average.\n\nBenefits\nEligible employees may have access to:\nMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits\n401(k) with employer matching opportunities\nPaid time off, paid sick leave, and company holidays\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nVerizon discounts, sales contests, and performance incentives\nCareer development, advancement opportunities, and paid training\nSame-day pay options\n\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a team of Wireless Specialists.\nActively sell Verizon products and services while meeting individual sales goals.\nHelp drive store performance by reinforcing sales behaviors, coaching team members, and ensuring accountability.\nAssist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees.\nConduct sales observations, performance coaching, and developmental training with team members.\nAssist with scheduling, timekeeping review, and maintaining appropriate store coverage.\nSupport inventory management, including receiving shipments, inventory counts, device security checks, and inventory audits.\nHelp reconcile cash deposits and maintain accurate operational records.\nAssist with resolving escalated customer concerns and billing issues while delivering exceptional customer experiences.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.\nServe as the acting leader in the Store Manager's absence.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nPrevious retail sales experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.\nA passion for helping others succeed and creating a positive team culture.\nProven ability to achieve sales goals and influence team performance.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.\nFlexible availability, including weekends, as business needs require.\n\nWhy You'll Love This Role\nThis position is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their retail leadership career.
