This role requires a hands-on leader with strong horticultural knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive and manage a crew efficiently.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupervise and lead a crew of 2-5 landscape maintenance workers.\nOperate and drive trucks and trailers to transport crew, tools, and materials to and from job sites.\nEnsure all maintenance tasks (mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, etc.) are performed to company and industry standards.\nTrain and mentor crew members in proper landscape maintenance techniques and safety procedures.\nMonitor job progress and ensure timely completion of daily assignments.\nConduct pre-trip inspections and ensure safe and legal operation of vehicles and equipment.\nCommunicate with clients and management regarding job status, concerns, or special requests.\nMaintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on site.\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 5 years of landscape maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.\nValid driver’s license with a clean driving record required\nProven experience driving trucks and towing trailers with equipment.\nPrior experience with remote-controlled equipment or similar electronic control systems is preferred.
