  • Проведение скрининга резюме для отбора релевантных кандидатов;
  • Осуществление обзвона соискателей в целях первичного согласования условий и оценки заинтересованности;
  • Формирование и поддержание регулярного потока кандидатов;
  • Актуализация информации о вакансиях на профильных сайтах и информационных досках.

Требования:

Работа ИСКЛЮЧИТЕЛЬНО из офиса, удаленный формат не рассматриваем.

  • Развитые коммуникативные навыки: умение общаться дружелюбно и без барьеров с незнакомыми людьми, умение слышать собеседника;
  • Уверенный пользователь ПК: Excel, Word;
  • Умение добиваться результата, доводить дело до конца;
  • Ответственный подход в работе.
Условия:
  • Официальное оформление по ТК РФ (зп вся белая, оплата больничных листов, отпуска);
  • Дружный коллектив;
  • Удобный график работы: 5/2
  • Вакансия временная - на 3 месяца (высокий сезон). При хороших показателях возможен перевод в штат отдела подбора.
