Обязанности:

  • Общее руководство деятельностью регионального операционного офиса.
  • Работа с персоналом (обеспечение комплектования штата, участие в подборе руководителей и ключевых специалистов операционного регионального офиса, принятие решений о премировании сотрудников, контроль соблюдения сотрудниками фТД).
  • Организация исполнения плановых показателей кредитно-кассового офиса по следующим направлениям: потребительское кредитование,ККО, торговый эквайринг, сбор просроченной задолженности.
  • Осуществление внутреннего контроля (оценка рисков, влияющих на достижение поставленных целей, распределение функциональных обязанностей работников и проверка их соблюдения).

Наши требования:

  • Высшее образование.
  • Опыт в Банковской сфере на должности руководителя от 3х лет.
  • Успешный опыт выполнения поставленных планов.
  • Опыт руководства персоналом.
  • Ориентация на развитие, высокая работоспособность, активная жизненная позиция.
