This role partners with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, improve accounting processes, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 3+ years of accounting or finance experience (preferably in manufacturing), strong Excel skills, and the ability to analyze large datasets in a fast-paced environment. SAP, HFM, or OneStream experience is a plus. Up to 25% travel may be required\nJOB RESPONSIBILTIES: Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following:\nPrepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.\nReport to management regarding the finances of establishment.\nEstablish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.\nDevelop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.\nCompute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements.\nMaintain or examine the records of government agencies.\nAdvise clients in areas such as compensation, employee health care benefits, the design of accounting or data processing systems, or long-range tax or estate plans.\nDevelop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.\nProvide internal and external auditing services for businesses or individuals.\nAnalyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice\nREQUIRED SKILLS:\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).\nAbility to work with large datasets.\nMust possess strong analytical mindset.\nOutstanding written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to multi-task and manage numerous simultaneous priorities.\nMakes confident, fact-based decisions.\nCapable of working independently and as part of a team.\nAbility to think creatively, high-driven, and self-motivated.\nAbility to work well in high pressure situations to meet deadlines.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s Degree in Accounting\n3+ years of professional experience in an accounting or finance - Preferably in a manufacturing environment\nPrior experience with SAP is a plus, but not required\nPrior experience with financial management and reporting tools (i.e. HFM, OneStream) is a plus, but not required\nTeam player with the ability to collaborate across a cross-functional team\nUp to 25% travel\nSalary Target Range: $98,000 - $140,000, bonus eligible\nFrom big benefits to small, we take care of our associates!
