Our creative and talented team of over 2000 people across every corner of the world, helps us remain the global leader in protective paints and coatings for both home and industry.\nHere’s what you can expect every day:\nEnforce safety and environmental regulations. \nDirect and coordinate production, processing, distribution, and marketing activities of industrial organization.\nReview processing schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.\nDevelop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect and resolve production or processing problems.\nHire, train, coach, evaluate, and develop employees while addressing performance concerns and fostering a positive and productive work environment. \nSet and monitor product standards, examine samples of raw products or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.\nPrepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.\nCoordinate and recommend procedures for facility and equipment maintenance or modification, including machine replacement.\nInitiate and coordinate inventory and cost control programs.\nInstitute employee suggestion or involvement programs.\nConfer with other managers and supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments. \nInitiate, lead, and participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and operational performance across the plant and organization.\nResponsibilities:\nCommunicate with Supervisors, peers, or subordinates: provide information to supervisors and co-workers in written form or in person.\nMaintain a good record of attendance and punctuality.\nLearn all manual tasks performed within the department.\nPerform tasks assigned using specific operating procedures and following department specific quality control processes and procedures.\nTreat people with dignity and respect.\nConduct all business with integrity.\nAdhere to Rust-Oleum Corporation Quality principles and participate in all departmental and company-wide Quality activities.\nFollow all safety procedures and company policies.\nJob Type: Full-time\nTargeted Annual Salary: $130,000 - $160,000, bonus eligible\nWork Location: In person\nFrom big benefits to small, we take care of our associates!
