Our creative and talented team of over 2000 people across every corner of the world, help us remain the global leader in protective paints and coatings for both home and industry.\nHere's what you can expect every day:\nPerform testing of production batches, incoming raw materials, finished goods, and components to determine conformance to specifications.\nJudge as “fit for release” production batches, incoming raw materials, finished goods, and components that are in conformance to all specifications and visually acceptable.\nDetermine and communicate batch adjustments for any batches that do not conform to requirements, utilizing batch history, adjustment guidelines, and consultation with the QC Manager.\nPerform validation testing during filling to insure integrity of finished goods, including labeling, packaging, and fill weights.\nCommunicate current status of inspections to QC Manager.\nCommunicate issues with work instructions and procedures to QC Manager.\nDocument inspection results.\nRequired Experience:\n1-3 years of production/manufacturing/quality control experience preferred but not required\nHigh school diploma or equivalent, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus\nSome background in physical sciences and algebra\nAbility to accurately read and enter computer data through a variety of tests\nProficiency in Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications\nExperience in SAP recommended but not required\nSalary Target Range: $25.00 p/h - $30.00 p/h.
