•ออกแบบและพัฒนา REST API และ Service ฝั่ง Back-End ของ HIS ให้มีประสิทธิภาพและปลอดภัย•ออกแบบและดูแลฐานข้อมูล (SQL / NoSQL): Schema, Index, Stored Procedure และการ Optimize Query•พัฒนา Integration กับเครื่องมือแพทย์ ระบบ LIS/PACS และระบบเดิมของโรงพยาบาล ตามมาตรฐาน HL7 / FHIR•สร้างและดูแล Data Pipeline / ML Pipeline สำหรับรายงาน BI, Dashboard ผู้บริหาร และการเตรียมข้อมูลให้ AI Model•พัฒนา Batch Job, ระบบ Backup ข้อมูลระดับแอปพลิเคชัน และ Monitoring / Logging•ดูแลความปลอดภัยข้อมูลผู้ป่วย: การเข้ารหัส, การกำหนดสิทธิ์, Audit Log และการปฏิบัติตาม PDPA•เขียน Unit / Integration Test, เข้าร่วม Code Review และจัดทำเอกสาร API (เช่น OpenAPI/Swagger)

Qualifications

ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมซอฟต์แวร์ วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์พัฒนา Back-End / API 2 ปีขึ้นไป
หากมีประสบการณ์งาน Data Engineering, BI หรือระบบ Healthcare จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
ชำนาญ SQL (MSSQL / PostgreSQL) ระดับ Advanced และใช้งาน NoSQL (เช่น MongoDB) ได้
พัฒนาได้ด้วย C# / .NET และ Python
ออกแบบ REST API, Authentication/Authorization (OAuth2 / JWT) และเข้าใจ Message Queue เบื้องต้น
ใช้ Git, Docker / Container และเข้าใจ CI/CD
เข้าใจมาตรฐานข้อมูลสุขภาพ HL7 / FHIR (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
พื้นฐาน Machine Learning ด้วย Python (pandas, scikit-learn) หรือประสบการณ์เรียกใช้ LLM API ในระบบจริง
สร้าง Data Pipeline สำหรับเตรียม–ทำความสะอาดข้อมูลให้ AI Model และงานวิเคราะห์
เข้าใจแนวคิด RAG / Vector Database และการประเมินคุณภาพผลลัพธ์ของโมเดล
ใช้ AI-Assisted Coding อย่างมีวิจารณญาณ และเข้าใจความเสี่ยงด้านข้อมูลผู้ป่วย (PDPA) เมื่อทำงานกับ AI
คิดเชิงระบบ ใส่ใจความถูกต้องของข้อมูล (Data Integrity) เป็นพิเศษ
ทำงานร่วมกับ SA, Developer และทีม Infrastructure เดิมได้ราบรื่น
