Members get nutrition lessons, tracking tools, and 1-on-1 coaching to help them build habits that last. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.\nOffice address: 11000 Optum Cir Eden Prairie, MN 55344\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead, manage, and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering professional growth, collaboration, and high-quality analytical output. \nDevelop and implement comprehensive data analytics strategies that support and advance key business goals. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.\nOversee the end-to-end processes of data collection, analysis, and interpretation to ensure accuracy, relevance, and timeliness. \nDevelop, maintain, and optimize advanced data models, dashboards, and visualizations to provide clear and insightful reporting. \nPresent findings, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders with clarity and influence. \nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data analytics methodologies, tools, and processes within the team.\nStay current on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis to ensure the team remains at the forefront of analytics innovation. \nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., data science, statistics, computer science) or relevant experience.\nExtensive experience in data analysis, modeling, visualization, and reporting.\nProven leadership experience in managing a team of data analysts.\nExtensive experience in using data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication. Collaboration and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to drive strategic insights from data and translate them into actionable recommendations.\nPursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company.
