You will be a key member of the leadership team, providing strategic support to the CEO and collaborating with senior leaders across the organization.
Missions
- As a key member of the Tempcover Leadership Team, provide strategic partnership and insight to the CEO, ensuring the business can realize its ambitious growth plans.
- Lead the finance team and take ownership of the financial operations, risk & compliance functions, ensuring the accuracy & integrity of the financial results.
- Oversee financial accounting & reporting for Tempcover, including tax, statutory reporting, group reporting & relationships with external advisors.
