We build websites, web and mobile applications, dashboards, portals and IT systems, and run social media marketing for businesses and organisations across Rwanda. \n\nWhat you will do \n\nUI/UX design \n\nTurn client requirements into wireframes and interface designs in Figma. \n\nFront end \n\nBuild responsive, mobile-friendly user interfaces with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, using React or a similar framework. \n\n Turn designs and wireframes into working pages, including dashboards and client portals. \n\n Connect interfaces to APIs and handle forms, validation and user sessions. \n\n Optimise pages for speed, accessibility and search engines. \n\nBack end \n\nBuild REST APIs and server-side logic with Node.js, Python (Django) or PHP (Laravel). \n\n Design and manage databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL), including user accounts and role-based access. \n\n Integrate services such as MTN MoMo and Airtel Money payments, SMS, email and maps. \n\n Secure applications with proper authentication, data protection and backups. \n\nDelivery \n\nDeploy and maintain sites and applications, including hosting, domains and SSL. \n\n Use Git for all code and submit work for code review before release. \n\n Test and fix bugs, and write handover notes and user guides for clients. \n\n Provide basic IT setup and support for clients and the office. \n\nWebsite content and moderation \n\nUpdate and publish content on the company website and client websites. \n\n Moderate comments, reviews, form submissions and listings, and remove spam and inappropriate content. \n\n Monitor websites for broken links, outdated information and suspicious activity.\n\nOther duties \n\nAny other ad hoc duties assigned by your supervisor or the CEO. \n\nWhat we are looking for \n\nOpen to recent graduates (within the last two years) and final-year students. \n\nRequired \n\nDegree or diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related field, or a coding academy or bootcamp graduate with an equivalent portfolio. \n\n At least two full-stack web projects you built, covering both front end and back end (GitHub links or live sites). \n\n Solid HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and experience with a front-end framework such as React. \n\n Back-end experience with Node.js, Django or Laravel, including building APIs and working with SQL databases. \n\n Git, and good working English. \n\nNice to have \n\nNext.js or TypeScript. \n\n UI/UX design experience in Figma. \n\n WordPress site building. \n\n Experience with mobile money APIs, Docker or cloud hosting. \n\n Flutter or React Native. \n\nWhat we offer \n\nA monthly stipend. \n\n Accident cover for the duration of the internship. \n\n Hands-on work on real client projects from your first month. \n\n A dedicated supervisor and direct mentorship from the CEO. \n\n Written performance reviews at month three and month six. \n\n An internship certificate and a reference on completion. \n\n The chance of a junior position for top performers. \n\nHow we select \n\nApplication review and shortlisting. \n\n Interview with the CEO, including a review of your past work where relevant. \n\n Reference check, then offer. \n\nHow to apply \n\nEmail the documents below to  with the subject line “Internship Application – Full-Stack Web Developer Intern”: \n\nCV (maximum two pages). \n\n Cover letter (maximum one page) explaining why you want this role. \n\n Copy of your degree, diploma or latest transcript. \n\n Portfolio: GitHub profile and links to at least two full-stack projects (required). \n\nDeadline: Wednesday, 25 November 2026, 23:59 (Kigali time). \n\nOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
