applied decision research - not academic isolation.\nCore Mandate\nThe Decision Research Scientist is accountable for:\nDesigning formal decision frameworks for complex enterprise problems\n\nModeling tradeoffs, uncertainty, and signal ambiguity\n\nAdvancing structured reasoning methodologies\n\nTesting and validating new decision architectures\n\nConverting research insight into system-ready primitives\n\nThis role strengthens the reasoning depth of Rwazi’s decision engine.\nKey Responsibilities\nApplied Decision Modeling\nFormalize complex business questions into structured decision systems\n\nModel uncertainty, tradeoffs, and multi-variable constraints\n\nDesign evaluation logic for ambiguous signal environments\n\nDevelop structured judgment methodologies\n\nResearch-to-Application Translation\nApply theoretical frameworks to real client use cases\n\nTest decision logic against live or simulated environments\n\nIdentify structural weaknesses in existing decision pathways\n\nPropose formal improvements with measurable rigor\n\nExperimental Design\nDesign controlled experiments to validate reasoning enhancements\n\nDefine metrics for decision quality and output consistency\n\nCompare alternative system architectures under defined constraints\n\nCross-Functional Integration\nCollaborate with Research Engineers to prototype
