Working across IT, Operations, Supply Chain, Product Management, Sales & Marketing and Finance, you will ensure material, product, customer, manufacturing, vendor, and pricing data is accurate, consistent, and trusted across all systems and sites.\nYou will own master data across our core systems - SAP, PIM, Quality, Manufacturing and Product-management systems. Leading a team of two, you will set standards and improve how data is created, maintained, and used across the company.\nThis is a hands-on leadership role for someone who delivers results, drives quality, and aligns stakeholders across functions and geographies.\nPRIMARY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nMaster Data Ownership & Governance\nOwn governance of master data domains, including material/product, customer, vendor, pricing, BOM, and manufacturing data.\n\nDefine and enforce master data standards, naming conventions, data models, and workflows.\n\nSet data quality KPIs and drive measurable improvements in accuracy and completeness.\n\nManage data creation and changes with controls, approvals, and audit trails.\n\nSystems & Data Integration\nOwn SAP master data, ensuring material and product data supports manufacturing, planning, and finance.\n\nOwn complete PIM product data quality, attributes, taxonomy, and channel content.\n\nPartner with IT and integration teams to keep data flowing cleanly across systems.\n\nTeam Leadership\nLead and develop two master data specialists, setting priorities, standards, and expectations.\n\nBuild a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.\n\nBalance workload and consistently meet business service levels.\n\nCross-Functional & Continuous Improvement\nWork with operations, supply chain, product management, sales, marketing, and finance to resolve data issues at source.\n\nLead improvements that raise data quality, reduce manual effort, and streamline processes.\n\nAct as the trusted advisor and escalation point for master data.\n\nSupport system projects, migrations, and rollouts from a master data perspective.\n\nEnsure master data maintenance and development supports business AI strategy and plans\n\nWHAT YOU WILL BRING\nProven master data management experience, ideally in manufacturing.\n\nStrong working knowledge of SAP master data (material master, BOMs, and related modules).\n\nHands-on experience with a PIM platform.\n\nStrong understanding of manufacturing and product data and its operational and commercial impact.\n\nExperience defining and enforcing data
