In this site-based role, you will support safe, reliable offshore maintenance while improving turbine performance and generation.\nAbout the role\nAct as the site Asset Integrity Engineer for the RWE Wind Services contract at Gwynt y Môr Offshore Wind Farm.\nFulfil the Authorising Engineer role in accordance with the RWE Wind Turbine Safety Rules.\nProvide engineering expertise for offshore maintenance campaigns, ensuring compliance with maintenance manuals and statutory requirements.\nLead condition monitoring activities by assessing data, identifying degradation trends and coordinating corrective actions.\nConduct root cause analyses and technical investigations for WTG systems and recommend proactive replacement strategies.\nTrack asset performance, reliability trends, integrity-related parts and failures to identify risks and improvement opportunities.\nDevelop maintenance and replacement strategies that maximise asset life, reliability, generation performance and wind farm revenue.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, safe systems of work, RAMS, quality assurance processes and engineering project deliverables.\nJob requirements and experience\nCompleted BEng or MEng degree, or a comparable qualification supported by sufficient relevant experience.\nValid suite of GWO certifications for offshore work.\nExperience accessing and interpreting remote WTG diagnostics and analysing outputs to support safe and reliable plant operation.\nKnowledge of statutory requirements, industry standards and engineering management instructions.\nConfidence conducting offshore inspections, working at height and operating within restricted spaces.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office tools and the ability to use CMMS software.\nStrong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to assess large volumes of engineering information.\nExcellent communication skills, stakeholder engagement capability and flexibility for the offshore environment.\nAdvantageous, but not essential\nExperience as a lifting Appointed Person.\nRWE is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment - we value your passion, your willingness to learn and your desire to thrive.
