In this site-based role, you will support safe, reliable offshore maintenance while improving turbine performance and generation. About the role Act as the site Asset Integrity Engineer for the RWE Wind Services contract at Gwynt y Môr Offshore Wind Farm. Fulfil the Authorising Engineer role in accordance with the RWE Wind Turbine Safety Rules. Provide engineering expertise for offshore maintenance campaigns, ensuring compliance with maintenance manuals and statutory requirements. Lead condition monitoring activities by assessing data, identifying degradation trends and coordinating corrective actions. Conduct root cause analyses and technical investigations for WTG systems and recommend proactive replacement strategies. Track asset performance, reliability trends, integrity-related parts and failures to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
