RWE Americas, LLC To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent Functional area: Engineering Remuneration: Exempt The Associate Performance Engineer as a member of the Performance Analytics team is responsible for performing regular and ad hoc analysis to identify asset underperformance, as well as supporting the development and management of internal asset performance analytics tools and their associated infrastructure. The tools on the platform address real-time and historical performance, provide underperformance alerts and summarize relevant asset data for a variety of audiences including upper management. The Associate Performance Engineer will collaborate closely with O&M and Reliability Engineering teams in surfacing the issues that cause assets to underperform. The development of the analytics tools and platform will be done in close collaboration with the IT/OT department as well to ensure that the system and protocols are compatible with the IT/OT strategy and guidelines of the company.
