Apply now.\nAbout the role\nDesign, build and maintain scalable data pipelines that integrate data from diverse sources into the RWEST Data Platform.\nDrive enterprise-wide data harmonisation by partnering with business stakeholders to improve data quality, metadata, consistency of data standards and the overall data estate.\nArchitect and deliver a low-code/no-code self-service data onboarding platform, enabling scalable, user-friendly data integration across the organisation.\nDevelop reusable data models and transformations that deliver consistent, trusted datasets for analytics, trading and AI use cases.\nEmbed automated testing, monitoring, lineage and governance into data pipelines to strengthen reliability, traceability and security.\nCollaborate with engineers, architects and business teams to translate requirements into production-ready data solutions and improve performance and cost efficiency.\nJob requirements and experience\nStrong data engineering experience using Python and SQL to build reliable pipelines and transformations.\nHands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark and AWS data services such as S3.\nExperience integrating diverse data sources through APIs, batch processing or streaming.\nSound understanding of data modelling, data quality, metadata management and governance.\nExperience building reusable integration frameworks or self-service data solutions, ideally using low-code/no-code approaches.\nClear communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, supported by experience with version control, CI/CD and automated testing.\nRWE is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment - we value your passion, your willingness to learn and your desire to thrive.
