This role acts as a liaison between the office and field, ensuring technical accuracy, proper documentation, and effective communication to keep projects on track, on time, and within budget.\nPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:\nAssist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.\nCoordinate between architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.\nEnsure drawings, specifications, and documents are current and properly distributed.\nReview and interpret drawings, contracts, and specifications.\nPrepare RFIs (Requests for Information) and manage submittals.\nProvide technical support to field teams, ensuring construction aligns with design documents.\nMonitor work for compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project requirements.\nParticipate in inspections and testing to ensure quality workmanship.\nTrack and resolve technical issues promptly.\nMaintain project documentation, including logs, reports, and meeting minutes.\nSupport cost tracking, change orders, and progress billing.\nAssist with project closeout documentation, including punch lists and as-builts.\nWork closely with the Project Manager to support project delivery.\nCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues quickly.\nProvide accurate updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.\nRequirements\n1-3 years of construction project engineering experience.\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.\nProficiency with project management and construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).\nExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.\nMust be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.\nBenefits\nHealth/Dental/Vision insurance \n401k with company match\nLong-term/short-term disability\nLife Insurance\nPTO\nPaid holidays\nRecruiter/Agency Policy:\nRWE Design Build is not accepting submissions from outside recruiters or staffing agencies for this position.
