Once fully operational, the wind farm will generate enough renewable electricity to power more than one million Danish households.\nIn this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day maintenance activities of Thor Offshore Wind Farm and its associated offshore substations. Working closely with offshore technicians, the control room, engineering teams, the warehouse coordinator, and site management, you will help ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations while supporting the delivery of maintenance plans and operational targets.\nAs Maintenance Coordinator, you will be a key member of the offshore operations team, overseeing work planning, worksite preparation, troubleshooting support, and personnel logistics. You will also play an important role in ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and operational standards while supporting the development and authorization of offshore personnel. The position operates on a one-week-on, one-week-off shift rotation, with accommodation provided when required.\nAbout the role\n\nCoordinate and optimise day-to-day and weekly maintenance activities across Thor Offshore Wind Farm and associated offshore substations\nEnsure all activities are performed in accordance with RWE’s Zero Incident Policy and applicable health, safety, environmental, and quality standards\nAct as the primary point of contact and provide remote technical support to offshore technicians during maintenance and troubleshooting activities\nPlan, coordinate, and monitor personnel transfers to and from site using crew transfer vessels (CTV) and helicopters\nCreate, allocate, monitor, and archive digital work orders and maintenance documentation within SAP PM\nPrepare and review risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for maintenance activities and verify contractor compliance with site requirements\nImplement and administer Wind Turbine Safety Rules (WTSR) and support the safe execution of work on site\nSupport the onboarding, training, and authorization of offshore wind turbine technicians\nJob requirements and experience\n\nCompleted vocational training or equivalent technical qualification in a relevant discipline\nSignificant experience within offshore wind operations and maintenance, including responsibility for coordinating maintenance activities\nStrong technical knowledge of wind turbine troubleshooting and fault-finding, preferably on Siemens Gamesa direct-drive turbine platforms\nExperience working with maintenance management systems and digital operational tools, including SAP PM\nKnowledge of Wind Turbine Safety Rules (WTSR), with Authorizing Engineer experience considered an advantage\nExperience training, mentoring, and authorizing wind turbine technicians\nExcellent planning, organisational, stakeholder management, and communication skills with a structured and proactive approach\nFluency in Danish and English, together with the ability and medical fitness to work offshore, including holding or obtaining relevant GWO and HUET certifications\nApply with just a few clicks: ad code 93452, application period:04/10/2026.\nAny questions?
