Other experience in regulatory, legal or a compliance-related field may be considered\nAdvanced knowledge of NERC O&P Standards and their application across generation and transmission assets\nServes as SME for assigned Standards and guides internal teams\nInterprets and implements regulatory Changes\nAddresses complex compliance challenges and multi-standard issues\nDesigns solutions to improve compliance readiness\nAnticipates operational impacts from regulatory changes\nLeads cross-functional initiatives to address compliance readiness\nServes as key contact for assigned NERC Standards with regulators and internal stakeholders\nOversees compliance program areas for multiple Standards\nProvides guidance and training to others\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Teams, AirTable and SharePoint \nApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
