As Principal Data Architect - Data Governance & Standards, you will help shape the foundations for trusted, AI-ready data across RWE. Working closely with experts from our operating companies, you will drive common approaches to data architecture and governance, aligning business priorities and enabling coordinated progress across the Group. Through expertise, collaboration, and influence, you will connect stakeholders and guide strategic decisions without direct authority. About the role Co-develop the Group Data Reference Architecture with OpCo, domain and platform experts, covering data models, metadata, lineage, interoperability, integration patterns and reusable data products. Build alignment on shared data architecture and guide standards through the relevant approval processes. Establish common inventory approaches and priorities to consolidate key data assets, identify additional data-capture needs and highlight opportunities for reuse. Align data maturity and quality
