In this role, you will develop engineering skills alongside an architect and senior engineer while contributing to shared environments for discovering, testing, accessing and reusing AI models and agents.\nAbout the role\nContribute Python code and connect model APIs using approved services and help develop agent workflows, AI components and tool integrations.\nSupport the onboarding and maintenance of models, agents and reusable examples in the Model Garden and Agent Garden.\nKeep configurations, versions and documentation clear and up to date.\nCreate repeatable evaluations for output quality, agent behavior, reliability, response times and resource usage.\nImprove engineering workflows through automated tests, reusable development templates and repeatable deployment processes under senior review.\nAssist with monitoring, basic troubleshooting, routine maintenance and operational documentation.\nFollow agreed security, data-handling and responsible-AI practices, escalating questions and issues to senior colleagues.\nJob requirements and experience\nOngoing studies in computer science, data science, business informatics, software engineering or a related subject.\nBasic practical Python skills and an understanding of Git and APIs gained through coursework, university projects or personal projects.\nFoundational knowledge of large language models and AI agents.\nA careful approach to testing, debugging and documentation.\nA collaborative mindset, curiosity and a willingness to learn.\nClear communication skills in English.\nAdvantageous, but not essential\nFamiliarity with cloud services, containers, CI/CD, retrieval-augmented generation or agent frameworks.\nRWE is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment - we value your passion, your willingness to learn and your desire to thrive.
