Acting as the bridge between Finance and Technology teams, you will provide expert functional support, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, manage security and access controls, contribute to system upgrades and change initiatives, and support continuous process improvement. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving the adoption of technology to improve financial processes, data quality, and user experience while helping shape the future of the finance systems landscape\nJob Overview\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).\nSupport and maintain Independent Vendor Software (ISV) that is used by D365 F&O. E.g. ExFlow, SKG, or Oanda.\nProvide first-line and second-line helpdesk support, ensuring all incidents and service requests are logged, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner.\nPerform root-cause analysis and contribute to implementing long-term solutions to recurring problems.\nAssist with system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and testing activities in D365 F&O.\nSupport ongoing finance transformation initiatives.\nParticipate in system configuration, data migration, workflow updates, and user acceptance testing (UAT).\nManage implementation of Change requests in Azure DevOps. Both internal and external.\nCollaborate with Finance teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve reliability of system-generated reports\nSkills & Experience\nStrong experience working in a finance environment, with a solid understanding of finance functions and end-to-end processes (e.g., AP, AR, GL, Procurement).\n2+ years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), including navigation, financial modules, workflows, and security roles.\nMS Office skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation).\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.\nClear and confident communicator-able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.\nDelivery-focused, with a proactive mindset and a commitment to meeting deadlines.\nWillingness to learn new skills, explore new ideas, and adopt new technologies.\nLife at RWS\nLife at RWS- If you like the idea of working with smart people who are passionate about growing the value of ideas, data and content by making sure organizations are understood, then you’ll love life at RWS.\nOur purpose is to unlock global understanding.
