The role is responsible for overseeing Cloud-related training, managing external training partners, tracking learning outcomes, and establishing a sustainable long-term learning approach for business-as-usual operations.\nThe successful candidate will combine strong Learning & Development expertise with excellent stakeholder, vendor and project management skills, ideally gained within complex technology or transformation environments.\nDuration: 6 months (with possible extension)\nAbout Product & Technology\nProduct & Technology plays a pivotal role in aligning the organization with its strategic objectives and enhancing shareholder value. Our core functions encompass Enterprise & Technical Architecture, Network & Voice, Infrastructure, Service Delivery, Service Operations, Data & Analytics, Security & Quality Compliance, Transformation, Application Development, Enterprise Platforms, With a dedicated team of over 500 staff, Product & Technology ensures a strong presence across all regions, enabling efficient and effective support to our global operations.\nJob Overview\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate and schedule Cloud-related training across multiple workstreams, technologies and stakeholder groups.\nAssess training needs and validate learning recommendations against business and programme requirements.\nManage third-party training providers delivery of training. \nMonitor learner participation, completion and adoption metrics, proactively driving engagement and training completion.\nEvaluate training effectiveness through feedback and completion rates implementing continuous improvements as required.\nCommunicate training plans, progress, risks, outcomes and key metrics to programme stakeholders and leadership teams.\nEnsure learning content is maintained, accessible and effectively managed through the organisation's learning platform.\nSkills & Experience\nEssential\nProven experience delivering Learning & Development, training or capability-building programmes within complex organisational or technology transformation environments.\nStrong understanding of learning design, training delivery, learner engagement and training evaluation methodologies.\nDemonstrated experience managing multiple priorities, schedules and stakeholders within large-scale programmes.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.\nExperience managing external vendors and training providers, including performance and contract management.\nStrong analytical skills with experience tracking, interpreting and reporting learning metrics and outcomes.\nDesirable\nUnderstanding of Cloud technologies and platforms, particularly AWS and/or Google Cloud.\nExperience supporting digital transformation, technology adoption or organisational change initiatives.\nProject management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM or equivalent.\nLife at RWS\nLife at RWS- If you like the idea of working with smart people who are passionate about growing the value of ideas, data and content by making sure organizations are understood, then you’ll love life at RWS.\nOur purpose is to unlock global understanding.
