Your work will involve setting direction, weighing trade-offs, and using AI tools to execute across the full lifecycle while making everybody around you better.\nJob Overview\nResponsibilities:\nOwn products end-to-end: define the problem, shape the solution, ship it, and drive iteration based on real user behavior\nUse AI coding agents and agentic workflows as your primary means of execution-and establish patterns others on the team adopt\nMake design, UX, product, and architectural calls with minimal guidance, and defend the trade-offs\nTalk directly to users, translate insights into shipped features, and decide what's worth building\nBuild the feedback loops-analytics, evals, monitoring-that determine whether the product is succeeding\nMentor other engineers on product thinking and effective AI-driven development\nInfluence the team's technical direction and how it adopts AI tooling\nRequirements:\n6+ years of engineering experience, including shipping products with significant autonomy\nDeep fluency with AI development tools and agentic workflows, or a demonstrated ability to master new tooling fast and teach it\nStrong product sense: you consistently make good calls about what to build and why\nComfort operating with full ownership and ambiguity-you set the plan rather than wait for one\nAbility to work fluently across the entire stack and across disciplines (engineering, design, data, product)\nTrack record of driving outcomes, not just output\n Nice to have:\nFounder, founding-engineer, or solo-builder experience\n\nBackground spanning multiple roles (engineer + designer, or engineer + PM)\n\nExperience building AI-powered products (prompt engineering, evals, agent design)\n\nWhy is this role different?\nYou won't be handed tickets-you'll be handed problems, and the leverage of AI to solve them across the whole lifecycle.
