As part of the overall RWS business strategy we are making a significant investment inupgrading our financial systems and processes to deliver enhanced reporting and control, moreefficient processing enabling great value through enhanced business partnering and decisionsupport.\nJob Overview\nKey Responsibilities\nTreasury Administration Manager\nOwn and manage the various online banking platforms used by the Group.\nAdminister user access, entitlements, permissions, and segregation of duties in accordancewith internal policies.\nCoordinate user onboarding, access amendments, and removal.\nMaintain a robust access control framework to support internal and external auditrequirements\nEnsure portal configurations remain aligned with business requirements.\nManage the Group's corporate credit card and virtual card programmes, including maintainingsupporting documentation and approval records.\nAccess Governance & Controls\nEstablish and maintain effective access governance and control frameworks across allbanking platforms.\nPerform periodic user access reviews to ensure appropriateness and compliance.\nEnsure compliance to internal control requirements, company policies, and regulatorystandards\nMaintain supporting documentation for all access requests, changes, and approvals.\nIdentify and implement process improvement opportunities and maintain up-to-date processdocumentation.\nBanking Relationship Support\nAct as the primary contact for banking partners regarding portal administration and accessmanagement.\nCoordinate bank mandate updates, signatory changes, and user maintenance activities.\nManage implementation of new bank portals and enhancements.\nSupport treasury projects involving new banking relationships or services.\nAssist with bank account opening and closure, cash management projects, and other treasuryinitiatives\nManage and review of the Group's bank guarantee portfolio, including issuance, amendments,renewals, releases, and cancellations.\nProject Management\nSupport treasury transformation and digitalization initiatives.\nLead treasury portal implementations, upgrades, and migrations.\nParticipate in banking connectivity, payment automation, and treasury optimization projects.\nSupport treasury activities associated with acquisitions, divestitures, and businessintegrations.\nLead user access rationalization initiatives, including the review, cleanup, migration, andoptimization of permissions across banking platforms\nDrive initiatives to streamline online banking platforms to improve efficiency, governanceand administrative control.\nSkills & Experience\n5+ years' experience in Treasury Operations, Treasury Systems, Banking Administration, orFinancial Controls.\nExperience managing online banking platforms across multiple banking partners.\nKnowledge of treasury management systems and electronic banking solutions.\nExperience working within a regulated control environment.\nExposure to global treasury operations and multinational organisations preferred.\nOnline banking and treasury portals.\nPayment platforms and SWIFT connectivity.\nUser access management and identity governance principles.\nSegregation of duties and internal control frameworks.\nCybersecurity and information security best practices.\nERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar).\nMicrosoft Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.\nLife at RWS\nLife at RWS- If you like the idea of working with smart people who are passionate about growing the value of ideas, data and content by making sure organizations are understood, then you’ll love life at RWS.\nOur purpose is to unlock global understanding.
