Using data, advanced analytics, specialized software, and pharmacy automation, Mosaic is transforming the pharmacy experience for medically complex seniors while also helping payers achieve their quality improvement and cost savings objectives.\nHow You’ll Make a Difference\nAs a member of the RxAnte Product Development and Delivery team, you’ll play a key role in bringing new programs and product offerings to life, as well as enhancing our current products in our Digital Pharmacy Care Management business. You’ll act as both translator and connector - bridging cross-functional teams and turning complex ideas into clear, actionable plans. In this role, you’ll lead requirements gathering, document product solutions, and manage enhancement implementations from concept to execution. You’ll work closely with RxAnte Product Directors and Managers and key stakeholders, helping drive critical projects forward to meet our Product goals for our stakeholders and clients.\nWhat You’ll Do\nCollaborate closely with members of the Product Development and Delivery, Data Services, and Analytics teams to understand, define, and document new program requirements in the form of specifications, process maps, and other materials.\nSupport Product Directors and Managers to implement new programs, including high-level scope definition, assessment of requirements, level of effort, dependencies and timelines to manage internal and client expectations. \nEnsure documented requirements account for HIPAA and regulatory compliance considerations.\nCollaborate with Client Program Operations team to define program configurations and execute to meet client needs. \nDevelop and maintain knowledge of the RxAnte product suite and the programs they support.\nCreate user acceptance test cases, lead test coordination, and test case execution.\nDevelop training materials and communication to support change management for internal teams and clients.\nReview and triage inbound product development and enhancement requests to the appropriate Product owner.\nProficiency in SQL or Excel as well as an understanding of business problems or research questions and data analysis and interpretation.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in management information systems, business administration, mathematics, healthcare administration, communications or equivalent practical experience.\n5+ years of professional experience with experience in healthcare.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. \nAbility to create structure and clarity in ambiguous environments without waiting to be given a framework. \nStrong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nSkilled at planning and driving cross-functional projects forward - balancing scope, timeline, and stakeholder expectations without losing sight of the details.\nCollaborative skills: exceptional ability to work across an organization to achieve strategic goals.\nTechnical Proficiency: understanding of product software delivery life cycles and experience with Atlassian collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence) or similar platforms.\nThis position is remote, with periodic travel to RxAnte offices required.\nMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without company-sponsored visa sponsorship\nPreferred\nExperience in tech-enabled healthcare services, digital health, or health plan, provider, or pharmacy operations \nExperience with Business Intelligence tools and dashboards (Tableau, Power BI)\nBackground in high-growth, venture-backed, or startup environments \nFamiliarity with Agile, hybrid, or structured delivery methodologies \nConditions of Employment\nAll offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screening.\nCompensation\nThe expected salary for this position is $70,000-$95,000 with a 10% annual bonus target.
