You will be responsible for leading high-performing teams, delivering strong commercial outcomes, and creating exceptional experiences for customers, exhibitors, and attendees. Working across a matrix organisation, you will drive innovation, business growth, customer engagement, and operational excellence while ensuring the successful delivery of events onsite.\nResponsibilities\nDrive individual and team performance to create high performing show teams.\nOwn and communicate the event vision and strategy, aligning team objectives with the wider RX business vision and strategy.\nLead effectively within a matrix structure, ensuring appropriate support and resources are in place to deliver strategic goals and onsite execution.\nTake full responsibility for event P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategies, and revenue growth.\nDevelop and deliver show strategies, sales and marketing plans, and new revenue streams using customer insights and market intelligence.\nBuild and maintain strong industry relationships, acting as the face of the events and representing RX within the market.\nDrive product development initiatives, identify customer needs, and encourage continuous innovation and improvement.\nEnsure exemplary onsite event delivery, including ownership of Health and Safety standards.\nRequirements\nDemonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a collaborative environment.\nStrong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, pricing, and profit & loss accountability.\nAbility to create and execute strategic growth plans and deliver against revenue objectives.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with experience working successfully within matrix organisations.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to create clarity, influence stakeholders, and build business cases.\nExperience leveraging customer insights, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to drive business decisions.\nAbility to foster psychological safety, promote diversity of thought, and encourage open communication.\nStrong operational focus with experience delivering complex projects or events to a high standard.\nFrench and/or Italian language skills \nWork in a Way That Works for You\nWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
