You will develop and manage product development plans, represent your feature area within a cross-functional team, and drive solutions that address customer needs through a deep understanding of customer pain points. You will also prioritize customer issues and defects, support timely resolution, and demonstrate product progress and outcomes to key stakeholders.\nResponsibilities\nOwn one or more product features and drive product execution from concept through delivery.\n\nDevelop and maintain product development plans aligned to customer needs and business objectives.\n\nRepresent assigned features within cross-functional teams and collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.\n\nIdentify and propose new feature ideas that address customer pain points and opportunities.\n\nPrioritize customer issues and product defects using relevant data and customer insights.\n\nSupport timely resolution of production issues and communicate priorities effectively.\n\nLead product demonstrations for key stakeholders at program milestones.\n\nContribute to the ongoing enhancement of digital and back-office platforms supporting Sales, Marketing, and Finance functions.\n\nRequirements\nExperience managing product features or products throughout the product lifecycle.\n\nAbility to translate customer needs into product requirements and feature enhancements.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.\n\nExperience prioritizing work using customer feedback, data, and business objectives.\n\nStrong communication and presentation skills, including delivering product demonstrations.\n\nAnalytical problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.\n\nStrong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams.\n\nWork in a Way That Works for You\nWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
