On our team, you’ll have the support to excel at work and the resources to build a career you can be proud of.\nWhat your day-to-day will look like:\nTrack the status of domestic US shipments from inception to delivery, and communicate with the sales representative on status of the shipment\nIdentify and address any issues that may arise on any shipment\nEnsure accurate data entry into the transportation management system and prepare loads for accounting\nCommunicate any shipment, billing or follow-up issues to Carrier Operations Manager\nPrioritize the daily workload and focus of your carriers including tracking and tracking reports\nMaintain knowledge of all assigned carriers and utilization\nMonitor report cards\nDirect contact with carriers\nProactiveness for cold calling\nStrong orientation to sales in a Third Party Logistics environment.\nDaily basis negotiations with carriers to complete the service.\nExperience with Freight optimizer platform.\nIt’d be great if you also have:\n1 year of sales or customer service experience\n1 year of related experience and/or training, and a general understanding of the transportation industry\nProven experience as a team player in a collaborative environment\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nSelf-motivated work style with the capacity to work well with minimal direct supervision or in a team environment\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment\nStrong attention to detail and follow-up skills with experience identifying and resolving problems\nRequired: Bachelor Degree and fluent English\nBase Salary: $240,000 MXN annually\nCommission: $1 USD per load\nScope: Entry-level role supporting US operations.
