As part of our team, you’ll have the support to excel at work, and the resources to build a career you can be proud of.\nSchedule will be Sunday-Thursday 4pm to 1:30am\nWhat your day-to-day will look like:\nBe responsible for accurate data entry\nHandle inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation\nAssign work and monitor group activities\nInstruct associates in proper equipment, operational and maintenance procedures; guide team in understanding housekeeping requirements\nMonitor and maintain availability of tools, materials, and supplies\nOversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to all safety procedures and programs\nAssist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performance\nAt a minimum, you’ll need:\nMicrosoft Office experience and proficiency (Outlook and Excel)\nAbility to learn new computer applications\n4 years of warehouse experience\nSolid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills\nIt’d be great if you also have:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nBilingual (Spanish)\nAvailability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings and weekends\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nSolid leadership skills; able to coach and mentor team members (2-5)\nSolid math skills\nThis job requires the ability to:\nLift up to 50 lbs.\nWork in a warehouse environment that is not climate-controlled\nDoes this sound like you?
