If you’re looking for a great opportunity with a rapidly growing global company.\nWhat your day-to-day will look like:\nUpdate and distribute multiple reports to internal and external customers\nExtract customer orders to be processed\nDaily interaction with UAW / Leadership\nData entry administrative functions in established computer programs\nSort and dispatch orders\nEscalate and resolve daily issues that arise\nEnsure dispatch boards meet standard by customer\nSupport other departments as required\nAt a minimum, you’ll need:\nMid-level computer skills, including Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, and Outlook)\nAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends\nIt’d be great if you also have:\nAbility to speak, read (fine print) and write in English, including reading, understanding, and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural documents\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment\nProven experience building strong relationships with customer\nMust possess excellent communication skills\nBe a critical thinker and work well in a team environment\nManage relationships effectively to achieve customer satisfaction\nMaintain an organized workstation\nPrevious dispatch experience preferred\nOSWAT experience\nIMS experience\nGMCCA network knowledge\nThis job requires the ability to:\nLift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights\nBend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull\nStand, sit or walk for long periods of time\nTolerate hot or cold warehouse environments\nDoes this sound like you?
