We create more efficient ways for shippers and carriers to transport goods across North America.\nAs a Parts Specialist at RXO, you will deliver exceptional service to our customers and drivers before, during and after the call.\nWhat your day-to-day will look like:\nSupport customer with respect to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including, but not limited to, reducing backorders and past dues, accurate forecasts, new model launches, recalls, supplier collaboration\nMeet workload criteria and metrics\nMonitor and track pickups and deliveries, and notify customers of any deviation from the run schedule\nAnswer incoming supplier calls/emails\nUtilize customer tools to provide accurate updates related to shipments, forecasts, schedules, etc.\nCollaborate with customer and escalate any issues through appropriate channels\nUpdate/create standardized process documents\nFacilitate/participate in conference calls with suppliers/customer\nCollaborate cross functionally with other departments within GM CCA, including, but not limited to, engineering, logistics, product development, supplier quality and purchasing\nAble to work autonomously and adapt to change\nAt a minimum, you’ll need:\n1 year of experience dealing with high phone/email volume in a deadline-driven environment • Experience with Microsoft Office\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nStrong supplier and customer interaction experience\nBasic computer skills\nIt’d be great if you also have:\nKnowledge of the transportation industry\nStrong organizational and time management skills, including multitasking and managing customer expectations in a fast-paced environment\nDoes this sound like you?
