This is an early-career position, ideal for someone who loves helping people, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in clear communication and organization.\nAs part of a small, mission-driven team, you’ll be the friendly voice (and face) of RxSaveCard - ensuring every member has a smooth, supportive experience. You’ll also collaborate with our teams in client success, marketing, and product to help improve our processes and member experience.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSupport members via phone, chat, and email to resolve questions and help them understand their RxSaveCard benefits, plus occasionally support via video.\nGuide members through account setup, pharmacy savings, and payment card use\nDocument interactions and insights in our CRM to ensure accurate tracking and reporting\nAssist with coordination and reporting across teams - operations, product, and client success.\nHelp identify trends and opportunities to improve member experience.\nRepresent RxSaveCard with empathy, professionalism, and positivity.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nPrior customer-facing work experience (retail, call center, hospitality, etc.)\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nOutgoing and personable - you enjoy connecting with people.\nTech-savvy with comfort using spreadsheets, documents, and CRMs\nOrganized and detail-oriented, with project coordination or reporting experience\nPassionate about helping others and improving access to affordable care\nPromotion potential to take on increasing levels of responsibility\nFlexible schedule to ensure occasional requests outside of 9-5 get support\nBachelor’s degree preferred, but we value equivalent experience.\nChicago-based or able to work from our Chicago location part of the week\nWhy RxSaveCard\nYou’ll join a purpose-driven team that’s rethinking how pharmacy benefits work.
