The Analyst, Procurement will assist with the effective and efficient operation of Ryan’s global Procure-to-Pay (“P2P”) processes. The scope of this position includes assistance with the hands-on execution of sourcing events, influence over policy and technology decisions, and end-to-end transaction activity.

This role will assist with strategic sourcing, purchasing, travel & expense, travel & purchasing card administration and accounts payable.

Duties and responsibilities, as they align to Ryan’s Key Results

·Support the administration of all components of P2P processing to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of purchases and payments

·Support Treasury to develop and maintain banking and card provider relationships

Client:

·Supports senior management and other stakeholders with in-depth support and analyses as needed

·Identify and present solutions for continuous process improvements

·Contributes to savings/performance improvement targets

·Maintains a current understanding of trends in professional services and supply markets

·Assists with sourcing strategies based on rigorous empirical analysis and company standards

·Supports Ryan’s procurement policies and procedures within enterprise governance

·Assist with other projects as needed and other assigned duties

Education and Experience:

·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in areas of Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science.

·Self-motivated, strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills

·Exposure to P2P including e-procurement, e-contract, or e-payables platform experience

·2+ years in strategic sourcing for professional services organization with specific experience in facilities, travel, and/or IT-related categories

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have advanced skills in Microsoft® Office Suite.Concur Travel and Workday Financials experience desirable.

Certificates and Licenses:

·CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management)

·Valid driver’s license required

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

·Standard indoor working environment

·Long periods of sitting while working at computer

·Occasional long periods of standing

·Position requires regular interaction with employees at all levels of the Firm

·Independent travel requirement (domestic and international): Up to 10%
