The scope of this position includes assistance with the hands-on execution of sourcing events, influence over policy and technology decisions, and end-to-end transaction activity.\nThis role will assist with strategic sourcing, purchasing, travel & expense, travel & purchasing card administration and accounts payable.\nDuties and responsibilities, as they align to Ryan’s Key Results\nPeople:\n·Create a positive team member experience\n·Support the administration of all components of P2P processing to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of purchases and payments\n·Support Treasury to develop and maintain banking and card provider relationships\nClient:\n·Supports senior management and other stakeholders with in-depth support and analyses as needed\n·Identify and present solutions for continuous process improvements\nValue:\n·Contributes to savings/performance improvement targets\n·Maintains a current understanding of trends in professional services and supply markets\n·Assists with sourcing strategies based on rigorous empirical analysis and company standards\n·Supports Ryan’s procurement policies and procedures within enterprise governance\n·Assist with other projects as needed and other assigned duties\nEducation and Experience:\n·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in areas of Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science.\n·Self-motivated, strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills\n·Exposure to P2P including e-procurement, e-contract, or e-payables platform experience\n·2+ years in strategic sourcing for professional services organization with specific experience in facilities, travel, and/or IT-related categories\nComputer Skills:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must have advanced skills in Microsoft® Office Suite.Concur Travel and Workday Financials experience
