days per week with hybrid working available based on performance)\nSalary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum = OTE £31,000 - £36,000 per annum\nDuties and responsibilities:\nOwn the Client Experience\nAct as the primary point of contact for client service matters, ensuring swift resolution and clear, confident communication.\n\nTake full ownership of service cases from start to finish.\n\nMaintain accurate documentation and up-to-date client records.\n\nCollaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless, high-quality service.\n\nDrive Growth Through Relationships\nUnderstand client needs and proactively recommend solutions that enhance their experience.\n\nIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that genuinely add value.\n\nConduct structured outreach to strengthen client
