This property is a bustling hub of community activity, requiring a candidate who excels at navigating public-facing environments, complex stakeholder relationships, and large-scale facility management.\nSome things you can expect to do:\nComfortable taking a leadership role in client relationships\nEffectively uses excellent customer service in all business relationships\nCreates well-written, well-executed, accurate reports for review\nAbility to monitor accountability from staff, vendors and suppliers\nEffectively manage the aesthetic and operational aspects of an asset\nExcellent verbal, written and financial analysis skills\nCompetent Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software\nUnderstand data base functionality\nMaintain expertise in one or more specialties such as ADA, OSHA, Indoor Air Quality or Real Estate Valuation\nEnsure team members understand what is expected of them and hold them accountable for performance, provide regular feedback and have development conversations, delegate appropriate tasks and provide timely and meaningful recognition.\nAnticipate and create opportunities for expanding client business.\nManage relationships with building principals with a focus on tenant satisfaction and lease renewal.\nPrepare timely and accurate budgets to allow for appropriate reviews prior to owner-required submittal dates.\nImplement budget to meet owner financial expectations.\nManage the budget and property consistent with the terms and conditions of the management agreement.\nMeet monthly reporting deadlines with well-executed narrative and variance explanation.\nResponsibly manage the aesthetic and operational aspects of the asset.\nSchedule regular property inspections to target areas for improvement and ID risk management issues.\nWork to assure optimal leasing exposure.\nWork to bridge gaps between leasing, tenant improvement completion and occupancy.\nClearly document excellence and insufficiencies regarding the building/asset including vendors and subcontractors.\nUnderstand and foster the development needs of staff.\nTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:\nMinimum two-year degree with an emphasis in business or real estate.\n\nHold a real estate license, as needed.\n\nSuccessfully completed two real estate certification designation courses such as RPA and CPM.\n\nMinimum three years’ experience working as an administrative assistant or similar in a real estate management department or firm.\n\nComfortable taking a leadership role in client relationships.\n\nCreates well-written, well-executed, accurate reports for review.\n\nAbility to monitor accountability from staff, vendors and suppliers.\n\nAbility to effectively manage the aesthetic and operational aspects of an asset.\n\nExcellent financial analysis skills.\n\nCompetent in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software, understanding of data base functionality.\n\nMaintain expertise in one or more specialties such as ADA, OSHA, Indoor Air Quality or Real Estate Valuation.\n\nYou will really stand out if you have:\nSeeks opportunities to demonstrate leadership qualities regularly\nCompetent ability in assessment of lease deal points\nWillingly take on additional responsibilities as become available\nMust be reliable and self-motivated to work independently\nMust be able to successfully work on a team\nMeet or exceed internal and external customer expectations on a daily basis is required\nCommunicates effectively to internal and external customers\nCompetent computer skills\nTakes a lead role in creation and successful implementation of client relationship plan\nRepresent Ryan in trade organizations and industry\nCompensation:\nThe annual salary is $70,000 - 86,000.00.
