Ideal candidates have a strong background in commercial facilities support, safety regulations, and proactive team collaboration.\nWhat you will do:\nBUILDING MAINTENANCE, OPERATIONS & PROJECT MANAGEMENT\nPreventativeMaintenance: Overseeand execute preventative maintenance programs for critical building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, grounds keeping, and janitorial services.\nIssueResolution: Troubleshootoperational issues and coordinate with external partners for prompt, high-quality repairs.\nFinancial & Capital Support: Manage capital and operational expenses (CapEx/OpEx) projects, tracking budgets and ensuring on time delivery.\nWasteManagement: Overseebuilding waste stream operations and disposal protocols.\nVENDOR & VISITOR MANAGEMENT\nVendorRelations: Serveas the primary point of contact for external vendors, coordinating onsite activities and evaluating performance.\nAccessControl: Administerbuilding access control systems, monitor visitor traffic, and manage the onsite access badge inventory.\nSecuritySupport: Providecritical security support for 24/7 building monitoring, remaining available for on-call emergency responses when scheduled.\nSHIPPING, RECEIVING & INVENTORY CONTROL\nLogisticsOperations: Processall incoming and outgoing property shipments, serving as the certified onsite hazardous materials/dangerous goods (HM/DG) coordinator.\nRegulatoryCompliance: Maintainactive certifications and strict compliance with IATA, 49CFR, and IMDG transport regulations.\nMaterialHandling: Safelyoperate material handling equipment as a certified forklift operator.\nInventoryManagement: Trackand replenish daily breakroom amenities, office supplies, PPE, first-aid resources, and shipping/receiving stock.\nENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH & SAFETY (EHS) COMPLIANCE\nSafetyTraining: Coordinateand facilitate onsite safety training sessions for staff.\nChemicalManagement: Assistwith the chemical approval and inventory process to ensure compliance with SDS/OSHA guidelines.\nEmergencyResponse: Providesupport to the emergency response team (ERT).\nEMPLOYEE SUPPORT & EVENT SERVICES\nWhite-GloveService: Providetop-tier, proactive service to onsite employees, executives, and guests.\nEventCoordination: Assistwith the setup, logistics, and teardown of onsite events and accommodate visiting teams.\nAV & TechSupport: Providebaseline troubleshooting and setup for audio-visual (AV) equipment in conference rooms.\nSYSTEM ADMINISTRATION & EQUIPMENT OPERATION\nCMMSAdministration: Managethe computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) by accurately opening, routing, and closing work orders in a timely manner.\nHeavyMachinery: Operatelarge agricultural and construction equipment safely and effectively.\nTo be successful in this role, you must have:\nStrong mechanical aptitude; highly proficient with power tools, technical assembly, and equipment troubleshooting. \nProficiency in Microsoft office suite (word, excel, outlook). \nExperienced in CMMS or comparable digital work-order systems.\nForklift operator experience (onsite certification will be provided).\nExperience in large agricultural and construction equipment operation.\nFirst aid & CPR/AED certified.\nIATA, 49CFR, IMDG certifications\nAbility to lift, push, and carry up to 25 pounds regularly.\nOn-call availability for rotating 24/7 security and facility emergency responses.\nClear, collaborative communicator with management, vendors, and clients.\nExcellent organizational skills with a proven track record of prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in documenting maintenance logs, timecards, and projects.\nYou will really stand out if you have:\nHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.\n3 to 5 years of successful installation, field service, or facility maintenance experience (commercial furniture installation or commercial property service background is highly preferred).\nCompensation:\nThe base salary may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities.
