Effective communication with superintendents, subcontractors, and owner/clients is necessary.\nSome things you can expect to do:\nDevelop contacts and quickly builds relationships with potential customers.\n\nEffectively negotiates business and legal provisions of construction contracts.\n\nConsistently achieves high levels of quality, design and profitability on projects assigned to the team.\n\nAssure the team’s accounts receivables are managed effectively and collected promptly.\n\nAssure the team’s warranty issues are resolved promptly and effectively.\n\nAssure that general team administrative responsibilities are carried out promptly and accurately.\n\nParticipate or lead owner/client presentations and negotiations.\n\nOversee design development, budget preparation and development of project schedules.\n\nSupervise team of Project Engineers, Sr. Project Engineers, Project Managers I & II, and Project Assistants, as required, depending on assigned project(s).\n\nPlay a key role in developing procurement strategy including preparing bid documents, negotiating and awarding subcontracts.
