The Consultant assists with requirements gathering, process analysis, solution configuration, data analysis, and documentation to support consulting engagements and enterprise initiatives.This role contributes to project execution by analyzing business and system processes, researching technical matters, manipulating and validating data, and supporting the implementation and testing of technology-enabled solutions. The Consultant works closely with Managers, Project Managers, Subject-Matter Experts, and stakeholders across Service Delivery and Global Shared Services to ensure objectives are achieved within defined timelines, quality standards, and business requirements.\nDuties and responsibilities, as they align to Ryan’s Key Results\nPeople:\nCreates a positive team experience by fostering collaboration, accountability, and professionalism.\n\nParticipates in project-related meetings, including planning sessions, status updates, Agile ceremonies, and solution reviews.\n\nDemonstrates strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.\n\nContributes to knowledge sharing and training initiatives, as needed.\n\nClient:\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, operational challenges, and system requirements.\n\nAssis in translating business requirements into functional specifications and solution documentation.\n\nProvide timely project status updates and communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.\n\nGather, extract, reconcile, and analyze data to support client engagements and internal initiatives.\n\nPrepare client deliverables, reports, and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.\n\nSupport the resolution of client questions, technical issues, and service requests.\n\nValue:\nAnalyze business processes and system workflows to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and process improvement.\n\nAssist in designing and documenting business processes and technology solutions that align with client objectives.\n\nDevelop and execute test cases, document results, and assist in validating solution quality.\n\nSupport project planning activities by completing assigned tasks and meeting project milestones.\n\nIdentify project risks or issues and communicate them to senior team members for resolution.\n\nDeliver accurate, timely, and high-quality work while continuously developing technical, analytical, and consulting skills.\n\nContribute to operational excellence by following established methodologies, standards, and best practices.\n\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n\nEducation and Experience:\nStrong technical and/or data analysis experience.\n\nBusiness Analyst experience a plus\n\nStrong customer service background/experience.\n\nBachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related field;
