practice.\n\nEducation and Experience:\nWe are seeking an established leader with a reputation for technical excellence, commercial success, and strong client relationships.\nEssential Experience:\nSignificant experience within Customs and Foreign Trade advisory, industry, government, legal, or a related environment.\n\nDeep technical expertise across customs compliance and advisory matters, including classification, valuation, origin, customs procedures, reliefs, governance, audits, investigations, management operating model and strategic trade planning.\n\nDemonstrated success leading large and complex client engagements or trade programmes.\n\nStrong commercial track record, including business development, relationship management, and revenue generation or the equivalent in industry, government, legal or related environment.\n\nExperience building and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships.\n\nProven leadership capability with experience developing and managing high-performing teams.\n\nStrong communication, influencing, and strategic thinking skills.\n\nAbility to balance technical excellence with commercial pragmatism and client outcomes.\n\nHighly Desirable Experience\nExperience in one or more of the following areas would be particularly attractive:\nExcise duties and associated compliance obligations.\n\nCarbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM).\n\nEU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).\n\nTrade remedies and trade defence measures.\n\nExport controls and sanctions.\n\nSupply chain and trade transformation.\n\nCustoms brokerage and managed compliance services.\n\nProduct development and commercialisation.\n\nTechnology-enabled service delivery.\n\nDigital products, automation, analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
